    Hook up was easy. But, for the first week it kept dropping offline because the battery was not charging. Never found the reason. Been working like a charm now. Easy to use, setup was simple.

    I have been using this for a few years now and love it. I just bought another for a new house we will be moving into. Only thing I wish they would add, is the ability to set the temperature and it automatically switch between heat and cool. Getting the temperature right in months of transition from summer to winter where it is freezing at night, waking up with the house being 65 and then in the afternoon it gets into the 70s outside. Schedules help with this a little as long as you remember to switch from heat to cool or vice versa.

    I had both 2nd and 3rd gens and I like the 3rd the best. However, I am little disappointed that there is no app in the windows phone world. But thanks to third party apps, I am surviving with the product. So, my review rating would actually be 4.5.
