    We have used this in our last two houses and can definitely tell a difference in the utility bill. The thermostat does indeed 'learn' preferences and adjusts the temperature accordingly. Example- my wife and I were both getting hot at about 3am while sleeping. For two nights we simply adjusted the temperature down at that time and now the Nest knows to allow the temperature to go down at that time. It only start warming the house up just as I get up. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get more control of their utility spending.

    The installation was a bit difficult. The included instructions were not as clear as the instructions provided by the app. It's easy to use.
