    Replaced my thermostat with a Gen 3 Nest. Easy to set up and has intuitive features. Also installed Nest fire alarms and they all network together. I’m impressed

    Not a simple as one hoped, but in the end got it running. I replaced a Gen 1 Nest, so the wiring was not difficult. The biggest problem was the 6 digit combo to enter, mine was XY0GTT. It took multiple tries until I figured out the "0" was a zero and not an O. Someone, smarter than me, should have thought to never to use O/0 in the code. Nest was better as a stand alone company, instead of under Google's umbrella
