Really like the looks of the unit. The large dial is great. Only downfall is when the internet loses connection the unit is completely affected.

We got incorrect advice the first time any had to come back and get the more expensive model

Thermostat is very easy to use, is extremely efficient!

This thing is perfect....the only small problem with them ALL is they are not 10 year old proof...ON/OFF multiple times and dropping it from 4 feet is not advised...

Replaced older thermostat with 3rd gen nest. Fairly straight forward install. I did have 1 problem, called nest and they walked me through it.

This product will pay for itself fairly quickly, especially if you live in an area that offers rebates by your energy provider (up to $150 can be returned by registering your product). On top of the affordability, the energy saver trims 10-15% off your utility bill every month, and its programmed to continually learn and adapt to your preferences.

Grate home investment, super friendly to use totally worth it

Grear product, perfect guidlines demostrated on youtube and installed it myself, doing it step by step and properly will take extra time but well worth it for peace of mind and saving money by not paying a Tech come out and charge hundred or so dollars.

I really am enjoying this thermostat. There is only one issue I've dealt with that prevents me from giving it a full 5 stars. I admit that the issue I will state may be my own lack of knowledge, but it is my only frustration nonetheless. My Nest has learned the temps we use, and has automatically programmed itself (awesome). However during the day when it is set to 75 degrees it will allow the temp to get all the way to 79. I'm not sure why that happens, and it seems like more work to get it back to 75 after getting that high, Overall though, I love it!

Very good Product and I'd recommend it to other people

I have a home with 3 zones. This is my 3rd Nest to complete the thermostat makeover. They are so efficient and that's why I have upgraded all my thermostats from the Honeywell. I love the auto-away, schedule, usage history and the remote access features especially when I do travel quite a bit.

Simple operation, looks very classy, but does so many things.

Huge improvement over our manufacturer's thermostat, which would have cost almost $500 to replace. Should have gotten one of these well before we were forced to replace the original.
