    Had new heat pump installed so I thought I would make the most of the energy savings by adding a Nest thermostat. While the wiring is straightforward and pretty simple I had a small issue with the emergency heat. Made a call to support and they were amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and very interested in making me happy with my purchase.

    I have had this for about a month and I love it. I love the "Home/Away Assist" and it has helped us save $$$$$. Our bill for the month of January was the same as our bill for November. The difference??? The average temperature in our area was 53 in November and 47 in January. It was, on average, colder in January but our bill was the same. We love it.

    I have 3 Nest thermostats in my house. I immediately started saving money on my electricity bills upon installation. App is very easy to use. I have not figured out how the "learning my schedule" feature really applies when I have a schedule set on the thermostat. Love all the Nest options for other products that work in conjunction with my Nest products!
