I have 3 nest's thermostats installed at my home and they work semliously with each other and the app etc. We have noticed significant energy saving each month on the bill since, we started with our first nest about a year ago.

Still waiting on a call back and email response. Phone call disconnected after being on hold for 25 minutes. Now, as for Nest, it truly was quick and easy install. My issue was a blown 3A fuse in my HVAC system giving a E74 fault code for no power. The Nest data had me doing all kinds of steps to resolve before saying I needed to contact support. Well, house dropped to 56 degrees over night so I couldn’t wait. Busted out my HVAC manual to decipher an LED status code on unit which directed me to a fuse blown. Replaced fuse for $3 myself and Nest working great with Alexa and Siri across all my devices. Bottom line, unit is great, works well, looks nice on wall. I’d recommend it. If you ever need support, hopefully you’ll have better luck. It isn’t 24/7 unless they count the application with troubleshooting steps as “support”

Posted .We're sorry to hear about this experience you've had when reaching out to our support. Our phone support is 24/7 however we're experiencing an influx of calls due to new installations and the changing seasons, so there may be some hold time before reaching someone.

This is an awesome thermostat to have; it will automatically learn your habits and program itself accordingly. It can be set using many smart devices whether at home or around the world.
