Good return based on price, easy to use and install

We bought 3 of these units. One for each floor of our home with a thermostat. Installation was easy and the display was great. The problem was all thermostats kept going offline. We spent a considerable amount of time with Nest support and they couldnt figure it out. We even had our internet service provider come out. In the end, they never would work so we returned them.

We've had this thermostat for 9 months and we love it! App control as well as Alexa compatibility are my favorite features. We haven't had any issues so far.

Best thermostat and it’s easy to install, set up and use. Makes controlling your temp from anywhere extremely easy. My wife and I installed and immediately started seeing savings by using the away function. We have these also installed in our parents homes and they love them also

This is well worth the money. Most Gas companys will offer you a rebate for buying this product. Even if youre buying at full price its well worth it. My first bill using the Nest was noticeably lower. I find myself trying to be in the green mode which is only going to save me money. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these.

I got exactly what I was looking for: the black on black Nest Thermostat. I got it quick in the mail and I paid a reasonable price for it. If you are shopping for this item, don't forget to check with your local gas/electric company to see if you qualify for a rebate.

Install was very easy for my normal residential system. Setup was nice and intuitive. The app is also very nice. I read reviews before buying this unit and read some folks were having issues with Alexa integration. I have not had any issues with Alexa operating the system with the exception of if the unit is set to "off" Alexa can't change the mode to heat or cool. Same problem when nest is set to both heat & cool. When the system is on and set to only heat or cool, Alexa works fine. All in all, so far (I've only had it for about 3 weeks) the Nest is very nice. The only complaint I'd have is it's a little expensive. I had a lot of Best Buy bucks to off set the cost a little.

It was easy to install and really is self learning.

I live in Phoenix Arizona where in the summertime it gets hotter than the surface of the sun. Before the nest my electric bill was over 250 dollars a month. After the nest it was around 120 dollars. This thing has been a money saver that I wish I would have bought sooner. The app is very user friendly as well.

I bought this for a vacation rental property, and it works great. The Nest allows me to adjust the temperature when I'm away and program times. I even for a rebate from the electric company for buying one.

Great but could be better. Not very compatible with m other Nest, it resets the one in the basement.
