I 'm glad I made this purchase and it very handy to use when I am away from home.

After purchasing a new home and watching our utility bills rise for a while I vowed to change all of that in 2015. I began to purchase LED light bulbs as a start, new energy efficient appliances, and then September 2015 the Nest 3rd Generation was released which caught my attention. I asked my father in-law who had the Nest 2nd Generation for information and he had nothing negative to say about it so I was sold. After comparing it to other competitors I was hooked on this one due to the ease of installation, good reviews, and $100 electric company rebate (ask your local energy company).

This has got to be my favorite Purchase because it’s easy to use and connects with my smartphone and I have control anywhere I go!! Love it

Dont know how i went so long without one. Setting the heat/cooling temps and forgetting it, or makong a small adjustment while laying in bed, the convienence is worth every penny.

This really like this thermostat. It was very easy to install and very easy to use. I really like the app that I can use to control it from anywhere.

Big easy to read thermostat so I can monitor Grandpa’s heat/ac while we aren’t there. Easy to set up even for hydrothermal 2 stage cool and heat. Had to return the E-model, but this one was only 50$ more.

Purchased this Nest product fir a neighbor to help them manage their home temperature remotely. Easy to set up. It appears you can’t set up a nest account now since the Google purchase of Nest.

This thermostat has made it so much easier for me to heat and cool my house. I use the heat/cool mode so there's a range so it decides if it's too cold or too hot. Plus, I'm saving money comparing to my old programmable thermostat.

Love the Nest thermostats. Easy to use. Tech assistance was great when I ran into a small wiring issue. Works like a charm.

Good in theory but the thing keeps going offline. I bought 2 one for the downstairs and one for the upstairs same issue with both. So frustrating. Can never connect when away form home. I will be replacing maybe try the ecobee

Love this thermostat. Kinda pricey but works great. Love that I can control it from my phone too.

There is very little assistance provided in the actual wiring setup of this device. I have a humidifier as part of my system. This thermostat will control the humidifier, but I had to rewire inside of the heater unit to make it work. I had to figure this out from YouTube not from Google's help.

Getting this thermostat will pay for itself and then some. Get rebates through your utility companies, and it may be close to free. Plus, having the convenience of changing your thermostat from outside the house doesn't hurt.

This thermostat it great! The app is convenient and easy use. The home/away function and smart learning have saved a lot on my utility bill. It has paid for itself.

I now have it 2 years, it is great, but has only one programming for 7 days, it has no summer then winter setting, have to every season re program the week, a real pain. My old one i can switch summer or winter and it remembers my temps
