I contacted Nest and they replaced the broken part and now I have two and so I have one upstairs and one down stairs and couldn't be happier .

It has worked great for that - however, we have 3 zones and this only controls 1 zone. However, I feel like my air conditioning is running more now that it used to when I had a programmable thermostat. I'll see when the bill comes.

It was working fine for 6 months until it lost its connection with the wifi then I called the support they made me reset it after that it didn’t work anymore so my is gone.ok! I had to send it to them and then they sent me back an older version that doesn’t work. So I gave my solution hammer on it, new brand and thanks Google for nothing.

Previous month's energy bill without Nest was around $150. The following month, with Nest, the bill was $67. Love it! Highly recommended.

Very happy with this purchase. My boiler was not able to get it up but worked with support and then contacted a nest pro. Scheduled an appt for next day. After making adjustments and adding a few features we are happily up and running
