Bought this and love the use of it but after a year the ability to control by the app away from home stopped working and we were told we needed to replace the whole Nest but it still works as far as control at home.

Very good product thee app is easy to use. Can set schedule from my phone.

Smart Thermostat that keeps track of when you are home and not. Can be controlled thru Alexa. So easy to install (the instructions are for a child) and took only 20 minutes to install and set up by myself. Can set at the temp you want or ECO temp which monitors your comings and goings to help save energy and not heat/cool when you are not there. Waiting for the first utility bill to see if it helped, but even if not, this is a must buy.

This is my third nest thermostat. It is very easy to install. I had questions about the wiring and took a picture. This was then sent directly to nest and they responded within a few hours to help me install this product. They have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this thermostat. Check your local power company as I was eligible for $100 rebate. The only drawback to this is it is not compatible with Apple HomeKit.

Will save your more than it costs quickly. a few degrees in the house means money stays in the pocket.

This is a great thermostat. We only have forced hot air heating so its not a huge energy saver but the convenience is amazing. I think we have reduced oil consumption but it is hard to prove. But after getting this thermostat I cannot go back to a programmable.

Best thermostat money could buy. Being able to see the temp at anytime and how much it runs is great.

I love the Nest! It actually does help in managing your heat bill. My bill has been going down ever since I installed it. Every one should make the investment in getting one.

So far, I'm really liking my Nest. It is definitely more intelligent than our previous smart thermostat. I'm anxiously awaiting our next power bill to see the difference it makes..

Bought this as a gift to work in conjunction with a new heat pump. In conjunction with heat pump it has lowered the overall cost of heating and cooling. and it works with smart phone..

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. The scheduling is easy, and very kice to be able to control my temp from anywhere with the app!

The app and system could use a little tweaking to make easier to use but overall not bad. Better directions on the 24v hook up would of been nice because it worked for a good 1-2 months before starting having major issues with it because battery died.

Love it bought 2 for my new house. Integrates with smoke Detecter from Nes.

Had lightning hit house and damage my other original Nests, but new ones have a better interface and feature to work with Nest sensor is critical. Happy with these.

If your schedule is irregular learning feature results in system recycling constantly. Better to use scheduling feature and overriding learning feature.

The thermostat works well, and adjust the temperature based on what’s it learned from our previous adjustments.
