Thermostat is nice a little disappointed with some of the app features especially the scheduling feature and the fact that if for some reason the WiFi goes out the thermostat stops working but it looks nice

A product that gives the correct temperature, not just something close. So many features and programs, a little confusing for us old people.

Works great. I like the black version. Has two colors with the wall plate (black and white) instead of 3 (silver,black,white). I can control from my phone app which is cool when im sleeping and it gets hot i dont have to run downstairs. But sometimes doesnt work great when its cool outside and house gets warm inside. Have to activate ac myself but i dont mind. Overall i would buy again and recommend it.

I like how it learns my temperature adjusting habits.. it knows how I like it to feel in my house all the time now.. I have had it for a month now.. love it.

Installation was very easy. Using the app I was able to install this in under 30 minutes with no previous electrical training. I love the convenience of being able to adjust the temperature while staying in my bed or when I leave work to arrive to a perfect temperature home. I highly recommend a Nest, I have already seen a difference in my bill in only one month of use. Its very easy to set up once install and the app is very user friendly.

Set it and forget it. Once youve installed your thermostat, it knows what temperature to keep your house at at different parts of the day. for example i like my house to be a little cooler at night, so it automatically makes it cooler at 10pm when im getting ready for bed. it knows when my wife and i are away from the house, and knows to raise the temperature so that we save money on our electric bill.

Overall good quality product. Make sure your thermostat is in a place that will have traffic, otherwise, you will find like I did that some automation features will not function properly as intended by this type of technology. Usage report could use a little updating, not too informative.

Great upgrade to our thermostat. Weather jumps around in our area, so I like being able to control it from my phone.

I installed the NEST thermostat myself, no 'professional installation' needed. It was easy to set up and connect to our home network. I also added it to Alexa's skills, so I can easily control it through the voice commands. I really like how it will tell you when your furnace needs service, like filter changes. I also purchased the NEST CO2/Smoke alarm and installed it at the same time.

I had been hearing about the Nest for the last couple years but didn't think we needed one. After just two weeks our gas/electric bill has dropped over ten percent.

I loved it and it did cut my bill into half. You must have it if you want to save. Also check with your energy provider for rebates.

Don’t buy this if you have a Carrier furnace. I had to return it because it was incompatible with my system. Very disappointed. The smart thermostat for my system is $700.

We are very pleased to have replaced our older thermostat with the nest Learning Smart Wifi Thermostat. We love being able to program it from our phone when we're not home. We're conserving on energy and dollars without sacrificing on comfort.
