    The UI could be better. We had technical issues with our Nest, but the RMA process was perfectly executed by Nest. If you have an old HVAC and don’t know how they work, you may want to use one of their ‘installers’ to set it up.

    I really like the thermostats for a couple of reasons first the integration of mobile and home technology. The design is very sleek and they are very well-made. They have impressive customer support because I had an issue with a common wire not installed and they paid for an installer to come out and fix the issue so that I didn't have to return the item

    Nest is easy to use and it is nice to be able to adjust your thermostat away from home but I don't know if that is worth the costs. If Nest can give us more savings on our electric bill, then it may be worth the price but that remains to be seen
