The website install review for the wiring made it a breeze. Set up was very straight forward just following the on-screen instructions and it little started learning my habits within the first 2-days...

Customer service (nest) just said sorry and nothing they can do about it. I would understand if I broke it, but being faulty and spending $200 on it to just last a couple of years is sad and worthless investment. Don’t recommend it. Moving on to another company.

It took some getting used to from our old thermostat, but the app is nice and you can check the house temperature to make sure the heat/AC is working properly

It is awesome that it can be done via an app on my phone. The one thing I have found to be difficult is setting up a daily schedule.

The setup process took 15 minutes and was so simple. The Ecobee was so much more complicated and required an extra connector for my home. The Nest has clear instructors and is very user friendly. It also looks beautiful on my wall.
