    I purchased the nest after black Friday for 150. It was such a good deal that I couldn't pass up. PSE rebate reduced it for another 75 and I've paid a little over 75 for a smart thermostat. The installation is super easy (took 5-10 minutes) and it works with my Comcast security. I love it and it saves us money.
