Not only does it save you money, but once you get it hooked into your WiFi you'll be able to control it from anywhere! I can't imagine my life without it now. Nifty feature to lock-out kids too using optional PIN, haha.

This is much easier to operate, and the installation is pretty easy. Compared to the older models, it is very convenient to use. But the learning seems does not work well, it always heat the upstairs when we are downstairs sometime.

Posted .Hi there, Music. It’s unfortunate to hear that your experience with the Nest Learning Thermostat has not been ideal. Nest thermostats would generally work without a common (C) wire. However, there are some systems that would require a C wire on the like a heat only or cool only systems. And sometimes, you may need to connect a common wire (C wire) or power accessory, like the Nest Power Connector, to make your system compatible.

Install was quick and easy all necessary tools included. I love the ability to track my power consumption as well as warm the house before I get home from work or turn it off when i'm sleeping or step out and forget.

It also has a neat feature called air wave that keeps the fan on blowing cold air once your home reaches temperature to not waste any cold air. Love it!
