Installation and set up were easy enough. Being able to control my thermostat remotely is a definite plus.

I've had this since February 2021 and have had nothing since the day purchased it. I bought it through my "President's Day offer. This smart thermostat super easy to set up when I'm comparing other products in the market. I would say the smart thermostat I purchased after a long time of research. Not only that easy to use with the 'Google Home" App as well. I believed I can recover this investment cost within 2 years. I mean my home electricity bill. I'm a certified IT professional & tech guy. Do not hesitate and buy, buy, and Best Buy!!

4/5 i like the sleek look and feel. Intergrstes with my google cameras. Love that it wakes up the screen when i walk near it. Only downside is that it does what it wants even after ive turned some of the features off. I know its a smart device but sometimes i find my temperature too low then too high. Then self adjusts for economy mode. Feel like i have to constantly be checking temperature to make sure its where i like it.

I am in the process of automating our house. Thought I would get the Nest to help the process. Seems like the Nest has learned our habits and is running perfectly. I am some what of a nerd and track everything even down to my utility usage. During this process I have been tracking everything over the past 4 years but have made a effort not to make any additional changes to our house this month (no more insulation, LED lighting, etc) just to see what my savings will be over the same period last year. I love the history feature that lets me see my heating/cooling usage during the past 10 days. I will know in about a week or so what my payback time will be. I cant wait to see what I've saved. I know, I need a life!

I was skeptical. My husband is the techie who wanted this when our old thermostat became unreliable. I’ve been so impressed. What I’ve appreciated most is that it “learns” our patterns and sets the temps accordingly. It’s saved me a lot of “oh no, did I turn it up while we were gone?” Furthermore, the ability on the app to confirm the temps in the house while away is golden.

It’s a lifestyle. Work wells with nest sensors in other rooms. Easy to adjust temperature remotely.

I set up my Nest thermostat using a PC then downloaded the Nest apps to our mobile phones. The apps work beautifully and I am able to make changes via the PC as well. My Alexa device also works with the Nest. I simply say "Alexa, lower the hallway temperature to xxxx degrees," etc. I have had the thermostat for about 2 months and only needed to reset it once, when I installed a new router. During a recent thunderstorm, during which we lost electricity for 14 hours, the Nest came up automatically and I did not need to reconnect it to the household Wi-Fi. I have added two users to our Nest household and we have had no difficulties in multiple users controlling the thermostat.

It looks beautiful, it so easy to instal, to use. The convenience of so many ways to schedule its functions which are so many! Not having to get out of bed to change it's setting is just marvelous!

Install was simple and quick. Product looks great on the wall. You can hear the system stop and start when controlling from your phone. Hopefully see some energy savings.

Easy Product to use. Setup is a little challenging if you are using the nest app or google home. In order to connect to a device you need to manually update the software on the device prior to connecting. To complete this task, connect your wifi at the unit level, then in settings check your software version for updates, update. Once completed you will be able to add the thermostat to your connected device. Our building has 16 units all running on one app, super easy to program and control weekly schedules. Highly recommend

I actually really love this product. We upgraded from some old thermostats whose programming was stuck and these are awesome. Easy to install, looks incredibly nice, and works great. Don't have any ideas on how well it works long term yet, but I'm happy. We did have an issue with one and had to exchange it, but that's it.

It makes controlling the temperature so much easier than the thermostat that came standard. My husband controls it from his iPhone and he loved it so much he has bought a nest cam and a nest doorbell cam.

I love this thermostat. Probably the best convenient feature is being able to control my ac unit from my phone while I’m away. Overalll very good thermostat.

Easy install, looks sleek especially in black. Check to see if your electric company provides rebates as I was able to apply a coupon rebate in addition to the sale price

I love how my thermostat learned to turn down at night by it's self and turn back up in the morning. Looks great on my wall and very easy to use!

Nest thermostat is very stylish, modern looking. The best feature about this thermostat is that you can control the temp of your house anywhere once it is set up and connected to the internet.

Purchased, installed and programed nest thermostat myself. Very easy to use, love that there is a mobile app, so I can change the temperature when I am away from home. Great for energy savings.

this changed my life, plus was super easy to install. It is really easy to use. I got some money off on my new AC when they learned that I had nest and wouldn't need their included thermostat.

This is my third Nest thermostat (I move a lot) and i've loved each one of them. I've installed all three of the thermostats and I know little to nothing about electrical or HVAC work. There is a Nest compatibility website you can check to ensure your HVAC system would be compatible. My new home came with a Honeywell Lyric device that couldn't compare. Although the Honeywell Lyric was brand new, I immediately spent the money for Nest and have been very happy. I won't be getting the full Nest suite for this home because the other products haven't proven as essential the thermostat. The local incentives and rebates make it even greater of a value.
