    This thermostat with the sensor is great. Most homes are built with th air handler on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom. I purchased this one because of that with the sensor I was able to find out there was a five degree difference from the temperature in the living area and the master bedroom. This thermostat has giving me a balance in every room. Which means if the temperature is 70 degrees in the living area it is also 70 degrees in the master bedroom

    It is cool just too expensive for what you are actually getting. It is really easy to install, the app literally tells you step by step.
