Every house and room should have one of these. Truly intelligent, featureful and easy to setup. The cost is well worth the vast features and benefits of having it. We have them in every major part of our house and sleep more comfortable at nights because of them. Highly recommended.

It’s an effective unit that self tests and gives you security surrounding your homes heating source during heavy use in the winter especially.

Easy to set up. App and network integration is very good. A great way to ‘hardwire’ it with other detectors without actually hardwiring it. I’ve not set my house on fire to test it however so fingers crossed.

Perfect! Looks modern, and is very sensitive to smoke. You can turn it off right from your phone! I love it!

Out of all our detectors, we had one that was not wired and required a battery operated detector. This works great.

these are great smoke detectors, as long as you have a wide area of wireless for them, they will talk to each other to alert you.

Annoying beeps for low battery are gone, they would drive my small dogs crazy. They link together and the light my path feature is great.

Set up was extremely easy. Sure there are cheaper alarms on the market but this actually makes it fun not just some boring device hanging from your ceiling.

I worry about my family when I am not home, and worry about my home when we are all away. With Nest I feel we are safer and our home is protected!

If you buy more than one, they will link together. So if you overcook something, pressing one will shut the others down. I would highly recommend these.
