Typical Best Buy service, delivered on time as ordered. Product is as described. Added two detector in rooms that the fire alarm system didn't go too. Using third sensor in hallway of main house so if the first two go off, we will be notified in the main house. Easy set up. I like the Nest app that notifies me remotely if a detector goes off.

Easy to set up. App and network integration is very good. A great way to ‘hardwire’ it with other detectors without actually hardwiring it. I’ve not set my house on fire to test it however so fingers crossed.

The Nest Protect was easy to install and setup. It is the most full-featured smoke alarm I was able to find on the market. I like that I am able to see its status through the app and also initiate tests. I also like that I am able to turn off the siren through the app rather than having to physically press a button on the alarm.

I bought this to alert me of any dangers if I’m not home to protect my pets. It works great with the rest of our smart home products.

Quick to respond to even the smallest amount of smoke and it’s really loud, it also sets off your phone with the alarm

We wanted to add additional smoke detectors. We had already installed 2 of these and wanted more.

This has taken up little space and should last longer

Put these in all of the bedrooms and hallways. I like that you see them working. We feel muvch safer with these installed.

I like the way a voice forewarns you that there's smoke in the air, and that the alarm will sound if the smoke gets any worse.

These are easy to install. I have an older home so easy way to get smokes to talk to each other.

Works great. The motion light that turns on at night when it senses movement is great as a back up night light. Wife feels safer with it in the house

This is our second Nest protect. They'll are great. We love the green light confirmation. One negative is that the old base does not fit and the screw holes are in a totally different place. Did this made install less than ideal.
