I don't know how I lived without this product. I have it automated to cool more or less at different times of the day.

Got this for a piece of mind, knowing that any alerts come straight to my phone.

I figured the path light would only apply to the 120v wired version. The path light also works with this battery version. Awesome!

I already have the Next thermostat and adding the smoke detector was the right choice. I can control everything form the app.

I installed these 3 units about 2 weeks and fortunately no alarms have gone off! But the installation was very easy and all 3 units functioned perfectly. I like having the piece of mind that if the alarms do go off I will be notified even when I am away from my home. I recommend these units.

Nice to feel safe home and away. Monthly self test and let’s you know if your batters is low.

I really like the "heads up" warning before the actual alarm goes off. The night light on these are great too and I've had compliments from guests about these. I saved the bracket and screws and instead used 3M wall hanging tape to place the detectors to avoid drilling into the wall, and it's been working great.

Love my Nest Protect, Even lights up my walkway when I go to the bathroom at night.

These battery powered smoke detectors are very easy to set up within the Nest app to add to the collection of devices. I like how the alarms give a warning if they detect smoke before actually giving an alarming sound. Very easy to install with all of the provided pieces. I would easily recommend these to anyone.

I’ve come to trust Google for only their Smoke alarms. They are unbeatable in price and in quality
