    I was replacing the first gen Nest Protect devices (which had been easy to install as well). These just quickly screwed in and activated. Couldn't have been easier. And knowing they monitor both smoke and CO2 is a comfort. And the light that comes on when you walk near it in the dark is incredibly helpful.
