I love the nest protect.. it works good but make sure you take it apart and clean everything off ones o year to make sure it works good.

I have replaced all my smoke detector at home with the Nest Protect. The ease of use of this product is amazing. I am a Nest supporter, to have all devices on one account is perfect.

I have the nest thermostat and nest cameras, and it's cool how they all work together. If gas is sensed, it'll turn off my furnace. I like the built-in night light for the hallway detector. Works well.

Integrates into the Nest/Google ecosystem perfectly. Setup took 5 minutes, same as other Nest products. Lasts for 10 years as well, longer than standard detectors.

I already have a Nest thermostat so adding these smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were a no-brainer. Very straight forward install. Those that fear technology can do it in my opinion.

This simple smoke, CO2 detector has a subtle sensor light that comes on when you walk by. It tells you when it detects smoke, CO2 and alerts your phone. Best of all, you can easily turn it off.

Knowing you and your family are protected against fire and carbon monoxide at night makes me sleep better. The night light sensor is awesome when you are walking in the dark.

Very easy setup and add to the Google Home app. Love that the until will confirm the status at night when you walk by (good to know before turning into bed).

It is smaller than it looks in pictures--much closer to a standard fire alarm size. Set up was so easy and I love the device.

Installed two units in our great room & master bedroom. Alarm is loud like it shoukd be but what love is when you walk under them at night they light up and guide you thru the house.
