Very easy setup and add to the Google Home app. Love that the until will confirm the status at night when you walk by (good to know before turning into bed).

The nest is easy to install and energy efficient. The best feature is that I can control the nest from anywhere I may be. We also have the nest protect, which is easy to install and use.

This simple smoke, CO2 detector has a subtle sensor light that comes on when you walk by. It tells you when it detects smoke, CO2 and alerts your phone. Best of all, you can easily turn it off.

It will do all the worrying for you. Just install, set up on your phone and let it go to work. Will constantly check itself for battery life and let you know when it needs to be changed.

I have a fire alarm hardwired into my kitchen ceiling. It goes off every time I make a steak in the oven. I also bought two of these Nest Protect Carbon monoxide/smoke alarms. One is in the front bedroom next to the kitchen, and the other is down the hall in the master bedroom. Now, I get warnings of smoke buildup in the kitchen when I am making something particularly culinary, but the hardwired regular detector stays mum. I like how sensitive these new alarms are, and that I can monitor them from afar.

Great detector that you can put anywhere when power isn’t available. Easy to install and connect to WiFi. Good feature that you can interact with your smartphone.

I like this smoke detector/co detector. It looks more modern than the regular ones and i like the fact that they communicate with the app. It was a little of a pain to install it at first, because i had to reset my nest account, but at the end looks good.
