I bought and installed 5 of these units and the installation process was effortless. Syncing the units to the app was just as easy and the entire process was completed in about an hour. The system works exactly as described and performs well. I do find the price to be a little on the high side for a smoke/ carbon monoxide detector but the features of the unit offsets this a little.

overly sensitive to shower steam, vapor from an e cigarette and the "away from home" feature doesn't seem to work. The pathlight can use more LED to actually lit the small hallway I have. Very loud alarm which is good. Easy to install and setup. Can be difficult to connect to Samsung Smarthub if you have it

Installation is super easy. I already had an older version of this so setting the new ones up and syncing everything was very simple.

I love how this alarm "talks" to you before it starts to blare a loud siren. I also love the night light/sensor feature. It helps a ton when waking up in the middle of the night!

I found the Nest Protect very easy to install, especially when installing multiple. They all talk to each other during the set up phase. I didn't realize these would be so loud! (even the voice command which is mean to be more of a warning than an actual emergency alarm). But I suppose it is a good thing for safety purposes. Biggest downside is that they are not cheap but I'd gladly buy more.

Easy to install and user friendly app. Offer unprecedented peace of mind and notifies you when smoke is detected when away from home. CO2 detector is a plus.

I got the google nest protect, very easy to install, give you alerts on your phone. You can control everything with your phone.

Love this product. Easy to set up easy to use. I left a burner on the stove on under a pan accidentally and it alerted my phone.

Easy to setup and their technical support is very helpful in figuring out the wiring diagram for my heater, I like the feature light feature "ON" if it sense someone nearby at dark.
