The Nest Smart Smoke/Carbon Monioxide Alarm is super easy to set up, test, and connect to your homes wi-fi. I would definitely recommend it to everyone...

Easy install....if u get more than one then they sync to one another. During the test each will tell u what room they are in. Alerts thru cell gives u peace if mind.

This product was easy to install and will keep me from waiving a towel and trying to make grilled cheese all at the same time ever again.

Love, an amazing simple and elegant little device. Easy to set up. Purchase the wired for upstairs and was so please with it that I purchased a second wireless for downstairs near the kitchen. Extremely sensitive and the hidden feature is the motion sensor night light! Worth it!

I just got this a couple of weeks ago. Very easy to install and the app was easy to use to set it up. And I like the motion detection night light. L

This is a easy add on if you have the NEST thermostat. Love the night lite feature that softly lights the hallway as soon as you enter the hallway.

We bought a bunch and there's some really helpful features over and above a regular smoke detector. Specifically: - It can tell you exactly which room smoke is in - It gives you a heads up instead of a loud alarm as smoke starts increasing - You can monitor events/smoke/fires when you're not home All the above amounts to a lot less worry and a lot more peace of mind over the conventional smoke alarm.

My son moved into a 3-story apt with a basement and a wired smoke detection system with the alarm panel in the basement. The landlord had unplugged the panel and removed the battery. Rather than getting him to fix it, only to unplug it again in the future, we installed 4-Nest smoke and CO detectors, one on each floor. They are networked so that they act like a wired system. An alarm on one puts them all into alarm. My son (and I) sleep better knowing there is a system under his control, not the landlords.

The price is a little high but the product is great. I like the diagnosis that it runs daily and the connectivity to my Nest thermostat as well.

Easy set up and connection to nest thermostat. Love this product especially because of connection and monitoring with other nest products. Best app ever as well.
