It is very sensitive and will alert at amazingly low levels coming out of the kitchen. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was the cost, as it is rather pricy for a smoke detector.

Quality smoke alarm

Purchase the wired for upstairs and was so please with it that I purchased a second wireless for downstairs near the kitchen. Extremely sensitive and the hidden feature is the motion sensor night light! Worth it!

Good and safe

The hallway night light is the best feature yet. Have not had any issues with false alarms or anything since we have had it. Self checks everyday we are not home. Report in the app.
