It was easily installed by my regular AC guy and it took 2 minutes to set up with the APP after. This does everything it promised and more.

This was a great purchase. We just recently bought a home with a wood stove and have one of these on each of our two levels. It woke me up AND texted me husband when we had a carbon monoxide scare and let's you know when the rates are increasing/decreasing as well. Great peace of mind if you have pets and are away as well, love the text feature.

Easy to install without needing to hire electrician. Love that it can connect to other Nest products and can run system tests when i am not at home.

These are expensive but extremely worth it if you buy enough and install them throughout the house. During a fire a light automatically turns on so you can see a path, it also connects to the other Nest Protect units and announces a fire or CO2 detection has occurred and the location. These are the future of smoke and CO2 protection.

The Nest Protect has such wonderful little features. A week ago I had a little smoke from cooking. Almost instantly the Protect gave me an audible warning that it was seeing a rise in smoke and may soon sound the alarm that it advised would be loud. At the same time it sent my phone a message and a minute later another message that the smoke level was decreasing. And every night as I turn off the lights, I look up at the Protect to see a green glowing ring to indicate that it is working properly. I never have to guess. Great!

This product just works and works perfectly. Once I installed it basically I'm good and can manage it from my phone. No complaints at all!

Bought as an addition to the smoke detectors already in our home. This detector, however, is for both smoke and CO2, and is very useful to have since I have a gas fireplace. Complete installation took about 15 minutes. Overall, a good investment. Just wish it was a thinner and less noticeable.

Great that it connects by wi-fi to my phone. Will alert me if something happens, no matter where I am. Night light is good feature.

I love my nest! Looks awesome I enjoy the voice alerts the nightlight is a great feature. All around a well put together piece of usable art.

The battery version can be placed anywhere. Peace of mind for the house. At night if you are near the device, a night light will appear.

Was very easy to install and link to the best app. Worth every penny and alarms are sent to my cell phone.

Got some of these to replace older style alarms. The night light feature is very useful.
