Excellent, trouble free product. I haven't had many "smart home" devices that have been this reliable and just work without constant updating and drama. My first Nest Protect (wired) came bundled with a Nest thermostat, and I like it equally as well.

Love the smoke detector because I can use the app. Plus, it lights up when its dark. No need to turn on the light!

The Battery model is super easy to set up because you can put it practically anywhere.

A must have for any Smart home! This nest device is essential for integration with Google Home and our top notch security system. All other devices to not provide on-demand updates and status info. Gone are the false alarms from even 10-year battery leading smoke and CO2 units.

Takes 3 minutes to install can add anywhere just a little pricey to put them everywhere your supposed to

I bought this unit because one day my mother in-law left my gas range on for a few hours, after i came back i could smell the odor of gas around the house and non of my carbon monoxide detector worked!. After I installed this in the kitchen and tested by cooking something that will produce a large amount of smoke and it worked as promise, the alarm is really loud and if you sync this unit with your phone, it will send you an alert as well. This is a really good product.

Really slick smoke/carbon monoxide detector. I can monitor remotely. It tests itself while I’m away. It also has motion light which I can also monitor remotely. I did have some difficulty adding this to my existing home with the nest thermostat. I had to “google” the issue and eventually had to add another home. Everything functions properly, but it seems a little more difficult than it should be. Otherwise pretty cool.

I have used other nest products and decided to add a few of these to the horse barn. Now I can be alerted while I'm away

Easy to install, The app is very intuitive, easy to use. The features like the pathway light is a cool little feature that I use.

This is second one I ordered to replace those in my home that have just expired.

Easy install. Took longer to setup the app then to physically install it on the ceiling.

I thought it would do more. But it is just a Wi-Fi enabled smoke/co detector. Too expensive. But awesome product.

Easy to install and love the Bluetooth feature. Was looking for a smoke detector that I could control from my iPhone.

First, I️ love Nest. This device is a combo smoke and co detector. It assembled in under five minutes and works perfectly.

Had a Nest thermostat for years and finally got one of these dual detectors. When we moved and had to re-Buy the Nest we also grabbed 3 of these. The ability to check on your phone the status of the alarms (I.e. checking they aren’t going off) is great, especially when you have some pets waiting for you at home. The walkway lights are a nice feature at night, just bright enough to light the way and not too bright that they’ll jar you awake. 100% would recommend.
