I have a Nest thermostat and this was a great addition to it

This is my 3rd one - I'm gradually replacing all the old smoke detectors in my home with these Nest ones. They are great because they can notify you on your phone if there are any issues and you can turn them off/reset them from your phone if your girlfriend, who is terrible at cooking, burns something.

Easy to install and add through the app. Compliments well with next camera and thermostat.

Goes well with the nest thermostat Easy set up Love that I can know if anything is going on in tHe house when no one is there. So an alarm if your home if your asleep and an alarm to notify when your not. I like that a lot

I replaced all of my old smoke detectors with these WIFI and Bluetooth connected smoke and carbon dioxide detectors. If one senses a problem the others will also tell you there is a problem. Silencing can be done from your phone so you don't have to find a broomstick to press the silence button. Very smart devices!

This is the top of the line smoke detector. This smoke detector is the best in the world at what it does. You cannot get a better one for the price. 99 bucks is a steal to be constantly connected to wifi. Go out and get yourself 1 today. I personally bought 8 of them. Worth every penny. I would have paid even more if the price was higher.

Very easy setup and install ! I feel much safer knowing my house is protected by my Nest.

I feel safe and it also serves as a night light. The light is motion activated.

This is a great product and it has worked as expected.

The Nest Protect is a great product that allows you to keep an eye on your home and protect what is important to you. Only issue I had was the install of the second Protect I bought. Instead of taking just a few minutes it took a few hours and several calls to Nest to finally get the second Protect installed. Even with that frustration I will be buying more for my home now that I know how to get around the install issue I had.

Great Smoke Detector. Too bad it only last for so many years. Even if you replace the batteries and perform a reset on it, it will not work properly after the expiration date.

This is my second nest smoke detector and I like it serves as a light in dark area.

This unit is a pretty fair value as it is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in one. I like the wifi on it so it will also alert you if you are away from home. A little more than other combo units but not bad if you also want wifi.
