This is the best system we have ever utilized. This is much better than using a company's smart home. A bit more expensive upfront but well worth it if you move.

We chose Nest as we already had the thermostats. The security system is easy to setup and works well with the app. It is pricey though.

This is a simple nice product, but to expensive unless its on sale. They should come with more sensors tho

The Nest Guard key pad doesn’t not light up if the system is not armed also it doesn’t send notifications to my phone when a door or motion is triggered the alarm has to be set. When not alarm the Nest Guard does make a sound from the Nest Guard to let you know the one of the doors has been opened The Nest Guard has a 12 hour back up battery which I unplugged while my WiFi was still working but the Nest Guard went off line. If you want to have a cellular back up that will cost $50 for a year. However when I set the alarm the Nest Guard would send me notifications. When the Nest detect is Triggered It sends all notifications to my phone and speaks from the Nest Guard which door is open. I returned the Nest Guard because because the Nest Guard keypad doesn’t like up when it set to off. So you have to remember the keypad numbers and symbols which is not a good thing for people who are disable or older.

If you’re already in the Nest ecosystem their alarm system is an easy way to add one more layer of protection to your house.

Optional cell option. Works great and has smart features. I have not heard how loud it is yet, but it’s a great addition to my smart home.

We already invested in the Nest Cameras, Thermostats. So it was no brainer to try this out... They all work together. Would highly recommend.

Ordered this around noon, when I got home at 8 it was on my porch.. never had same day delivery. So impressed

We had high hopes for this alarm system. The Nest system components purchased are excellent in quality and are easy to install. The problem is trying to get monitoring service, and the only choice is to go through Brinks. Signing up online seemed easy, until the code they sent didn’t work. We are tech savvy, so this problem wasn’t us and should have been easy to resolve. We were on hold with Brinks for over an hour the first time calling and never reached anyone. We called back at a later time and on different days, having long wait times, being told to call different numbers and never getting any way to resolve the situation. We gave up after three days and decided to just cancel the monitoring. Thankfully, we had purchased the month to month service that had no contract, so we could cancel anytime. However, this is proving to be a hassle also. We’re still in the middle of trying to get the monitoring canceled, and we’re not encouraged by the process. The failure of Brinks monitoring has undermined a high quality product from Nest. We are abandoning and uninstalling the Nest alarm products/components. We are going with a professional alarm system through a local company that has reliable monitoring. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Nest alarm system due to the failure to get monitoring. The experience resulted in a waste of money and valuable time.

Good product despite being expensive. I have other Nest pructs such as the smoke alarms and cameras, which all works together.

I like the fact that I can plug it in ,I can see everything I don't have to worry about it turning off.

Easy to set up. Very automated especially if you already have the Google accessories in your home.

Best value for the price if you purchase nest products. Great security system for your home or apartment.

I never use this. The door sensors keep falling off the backdoor so I never use it or the alarm would go off. I like that i can set it to lock at bedtime with my google home. But i still dont use it. The only use I have for it is it dings when someone opens the door. I didnt find much use for it but everyone is different.

I am amazed at how this small alarm system has the clearest and a wide range.
