Overall I like the Google Nest products and how they all integrate together. However, I’m not a huge fan of the large base for entering your codes. I would prefer a flat one to be able to place on the wall - or even a choice. Right now it sits on a chair near my door when I would much rather have something on the wall.

User of Nest products. Easy setup for alarm unit, like the night light feature on the sensors. Camera install easy setup. Check your WiFi coverage area for placement location of the camera before mounting. FYI Note to Nest Engineers: Include an option for Data/Power cable spliced with stake-ons so it can fed through a wall or conduit. You think!

I purchased this system plus an indoor Nest cam to keep an eye on my house during the day. I needed something that was mobile since I am renting and cant install a permanent alarm system. It is somewhat sensitive and can alert you to simple moving shadows as well as people or passing cars. A couple of times it's gone "offline" for no apparent reason and just takes time to come back online.

I love every aspect of this bundle except for the nest cam wifi connection. I have a wifi router that I get 3 bars on my phone from the neighbors behind me in their house (it is a stronger signal than their wifi), but yet this camera keeps loosing signal when just outside the front door. Buying a wifi extender for the camera alone.

I really like this system. As it is my first. I like their ecosystem of products and how they work with google assistant. They are expensive, but they are quality. The outdoor security cam works well, and is clear. They updated it recently to have a chime when someone opens the door. That’s nice. The alarm is pretty loud. Love that you can monitor from a smartphone app, arm and disarm as well.

A few weeks into ownership and I am fairly happy at this point great interactive features and clear video quick response when opening up to utilize. The only thing that holds me back from Five stars is price. Although I bought it on sale components are still fairly expensive especially when it comes to door or window sensors.
