Great system, setup has some snags

A little on the expensive side, but the product works. Set up of the Nest Detects is a little wonky sometimes. A few set up without problem, but others took some time. They would not connect even though the detect and the guard unit were about 5 feet apart with nothing blocking. Still happy with the unit

Wow, you'll be shocked at my experience...

I actually really enjoyed how it gave me the opportunity to put as much or as little security I wanted in my home, and have full control myself, rather than have some other company do it for me.

Great home monitoring package

We do also have a Nest thermostat, Nest Hello cam, many Google/Nest hubs/smart speakers and finally the Yale + Nest lock. The app isn't the best ever and I wish it had better subscription options, but still great quality product.

Easy to use system

The only thing I don’t like about it is there is no chime when the alarm is armed and a door/window is opened. Sometimes I don’t even know the alarm has been triggered until it’s going off. I do like the fob feature that attaches to my keys so i don’t have to use my pin.
