This system is decent as far as detecting movement and capturing pictures but the fact that it only holds those pics for a limited time unless you spend extra $$$ per month is a bit annoying. The picture quality of the outdoor security camera is very good.

Bought this to make using a security system easier for the family. Nice to be able to monitor though the best app. Arming and disarming remotely is a plus as it is easy to forget to arm on the way out. Finally a user friendly security system

Very easy to sync. User friendly and kid friendly. Great to keep observation on home. The kids will have a hard time lying about when they get home since it keeps a log of every door and window used if set right.

I love this system. Works perfectly for my needs. All of the add on’s like the carbon monoxide and fire detector, smart thermostat, additional cams and door and window detects make it easy to manage all aspects of your home when you aren’t there.

This bundle worked perfectly for my home. It was easy to setup and provides the level of security I was looking for! Love that you can add to the system to further enhance protection based on your home! Great product and I would highly recommend this bundle along with other Nest products

This is a very user friendly system for home security. I recommend over other platforms (I've used or am familiar with several different brands). This one is by far the most user friendly and reliable from my standpoint. And it integrates well with all components (cameras, sensors, door lock, etc).

Very expensive for what it is. The motion sensors do not detect morion as well as the larger ones that are standard for other security systems. The siren is not very loud, and you cannot customize the home or away settings or have custom settings. The motion sensors are also only supposed to be placed 6 foot high, which puts them at an odd eye level and very noticeable

I went back and forth between a few security systems and I'm happy that I decided to spend a little more for the Nest Secure which included a Nest Cam Outdoor. The Nest app is also well designed and easy to use on my phone. Can even disarm the system with my smartwatch.

We got rid of Vivint in the first week and as soon as it was removed we went and got the entire Nest system. NO complaints. No issues. Works just like they say. And I love their IQ camera And here we are 3 weeks in and STILL problems with Vivint and no refund! Totally recommend Nest

I was already using the Nest eco-system, so it made sense to add the Nest Secure. the outdoor camera bundle was nice to have, i was able to add more to my ecosystem and make it compete. too bad google discontinued the system.

Customer service was great helping setting up a minor issue (connectivity), this things happens. Also you can get the system to be monitored by BRINKS, for an extra peace of mind, for a 20.00/month is better that what alarm companies charge.

Just what I needed for an alarm set. My only complain is about the configuration. It’s not user friendly and I tried to figure each device at least 3 times. And now some time for no reason the Nest detect goes off line.

I originally bought the basic package then this went on an amazing sale! I loved the protect and window protection. The camera was a nice addition though I only purchased it to see the animals that come into my backyard

Good system. BUT ... The down side is one has to log-on to external service (Google) to use the system. It should be an independent system with optional monitoring. Anyone at Google can look into your system & Disable/enable it.

This is a great product but it has been discontinued for some reason. I do still use mine and sometimes it’s hard to connect if it comes on connected to the network.

This is a great innovative home security system. My only complaints would be the expense of additional door sensors. There is also a lack of different kinds of sensors. It would be nice to have one like water for example.

An overall excellent and user-friendly security system, easy to setup and use. Just remember that you only get a little video recording time unless you sign up for Nest aware's video service through Google.

Works very well and has a great interface. Wish the nest thermostat could also act as a motion sensor for the unit. Easy to setup and all, but I worry that it could be easily silenced during an intrusion given there's just a small base station.

Nest integration into google home is awesome. The hardware is dependable as long as it powers on. I've had tons of trouble with the outdoor camera and that really grinds my gears for the price.

The nest allows for some security and general monitoring to help me feel safer at home. A perk is that if we move it can come with us rather than a professionally installed system that is wired throughout the house and can cost a lot more.
