Loves it because they can save money to save on energy cost to lower thermostat while at work and increase temperature before they get home.

The new model is much more difficult to control. Using the app in enough of a pain, but forget trying to set it manually. I just want to set it and be able to change the settings. You have to set schedules with this one and its more work than I’d like to be bothered with. Bring back the old model!
