This is a cute smart thermostat. The set up is pretty easy using the app. You do need to make sure that your old thermostat is not hard wired to electricity. If it is, you can not use this.

Bought one, set up very easily and used it for a week and then purchased 2 more. Love th ease of installation and use and the use form my phone.

This is the second Nest thermostat that I have owned. I sold my house and left the thermostat for the new owner to enjoy. This thermostat is very easy to setup. The functions are great. You can control the thermostat through your Google Home app. The look of the thermostat goes great with our decor. And last, the price is excellent!

Overall very pleased with this thermostat. Initially was installed incorrectly so I couldn't get the heat to work. Was installed for a gas versus electric heating system. Now everything works fine. Very easy to use. Also excellent price.

Good product I like that it turns on when you walk past it

Its works very well. I gave it 4 stars because one time it malfunctioned and ran the A/C all night but it has been perfect other than that.

Very easy to install. There is no need to call an electrician to setup.

Very good but a little unresponsive sometimes. It loses connection often and it’s a hassle to make it work again. Installation is easy though.

We love being able to set the thermostat and forget about it! It’s easy to read and the accuracy is keeps the energy bill on track.

This AC thermostat is horrible and unfortunately I can't return it. My previous thermostat would allow me to either turn the fan completely off or have the fan on auto. This thermostat has no option for the fan to run on auto. It's supposed to also have an option to turn the fan off completely and run it intermittently, but even though I've followed the instruction in doing this, it still runs constantly. Since it's running all the time, my electric bill has gone up so high. It was an open box purchase, but it was labeled as "EXECELLENT CONDITION". These open box items should have a longer return time frame because in my case, I was not aware that there was a problem and a defect until I could have my AC contractor verify this.

Easy to use and setup. Great value in terms of scheduling and having complete control of your thermostat where ever you are, whether on the couch in another room or half way across the world. I wish it came with a circular face plate but I ended up making one myself.

Looks nice, works well. Sometimes it can be picky on if it picks up on sensing your finger and I haven’t totally figured out the setting yet because it keep defaulting to a temperature range I don’t want. But those are all minor things. I would recommend this product.

Big improvement from my last unit. Easy to use and set up.

It is the best because I can use it remotely when I am on my way home with my young child. It is usually on Eco when I am not home so when I'm coming home from her activities; I can change the temp. to meet our needs. I am still learning how to use it effectively, but it is worth it.

So easy to install. I followed the instructions and now I can control my thermostat from my phone. My wife really likes it because she can just tell goggle to set the thermostat. I like it when I walk by and see what the temp is set at.

It works but having to use Google home seems limited. Had WiFi issues and had to buy a separate bracket and backplate to fit it over the rectangle hole.

The price is great, it does the job. If you had the other nests this one will take a min to get used too but works excellent.
