So I have to pair the unit everyday to our phones in order to use our phones to adjust. The heat setting only blows cold. When it's hot it randomly goes to 78 degrees when we are sleeping so it feels like a sauna when we wake up. I'm sure we purchased the unit that says reconditioned and they did nothing to it. We only had 15 days to return it and by the time we were trying to see if it was us not knowing how to use it or it truly wasn't working it was too late. What I've learned not to buy reconditioned items from Best Buy.

So never tried it. there is no turn dial on it and seems very cheap looking for what it does. it doesn't seem user friendly either not interested in using my phone to control this. should just learn on its own as i twist.
