This product is awesome. Really helps with efficiency in your home. You can EASILY set timers for when the air should kick on or off. If you’re away on a trip or vacation on your way back you can turn it on remotely so when you get home you’ll be comfortable right away

Bought one, set up very easily and used it for a week and then purchased 2 more. Love th ease of installation and use and the use form my phone.

This thermostat was easy to set up and now it works with my Google app so I can control everything there. Having the ability to control your house temp wherever you go is a huge plus!

Its works very well. I gave it 4 stars because one time it malfunctioned and ran the A/C all night but it has been perfect other than that.

We love being able to set the thermostat and forget about it! It’s easy to read and the accuracy is keeps the energy bill on track.

Very good but a little unresponsive sometimes. It loses connection often and it’s a hassle to make it work again. Installation is easy though.

Excellent value. Purchased two united to replace thermostats in a vacation home in the California desert. Very easy to use, and to control vea cell phone. The thermostats suggests temperature settings for maximum efficiency

The thermostat works well, the app is easy to download. You have to read all directions and explore on your own to get a full understanding of how it works. The Eco feature is very nice. Not crazy about the morrow front look but that was the only one in stock.

This is a cute smart thermostat. The set up is pretty easy using the app. You do need to make sure that your old thermostat is not hard wired to electricity. If it is, you can not use this.

I found out that I need a smart thermostat in order to operate my heating and ac before I come come if I’m out from my phone. I’m so excited about this all I can say is this is my new best friend. I can operate everything from my phone before going home. Ladies MamaD BFF!!

This my first Nest. I love it it works perfect and best part is the ability to connect via internet from anywhere to ensure that you are able to set the AC when away. I love the preset and temperature options that can be setup for different time. Simple and easy to use.

Overall very pleased with this thermostat. Initially was installed incorrectly so I couldn't get the heat to work. Was installed for a gas versus electric heating system. Now everything works fine. Very easy to use. Also excellent price.

The price is great, it does the job. If you had the other nests this one will take a min to get used too but works excellent.

The Service at the Lancaster store is terrible. This product is probably fine it just does not work with my model of furnace. When I went to return it I was first told I could not return it because I only have 3 days to return. Then I was told 2 weeks and then I was told I could not return it because it was opened (how else was I to know it would not work). I have installed 3 nests at other homes. In this case, I called customer support and they said I needed some extra wiring. That took more than a week to get and I was out of town for 2 weeks when it came. Anyway, the manager refused to credit my account and take the return. He and his manager were cranky and not even listening. The irony is, while we waiting to addressed I was telling my mom why I always chose Best Buy -- because their customer service is so good. But no more. Not sure if it is just this store or the whole company is changing but I will just order on line as that is easier for me anyway since I travel for work. I try to shop local to help out but not if they are mean.

It works but having to use Google home seems limited. Had WiFi issues and had to buy a separate bracket and backplate to fit it over the rectangle hole.

Does everything that it is supposed to do. Super easy install, and I think it looks great. I dont have a C-Wire, and it's working fine. Would have been nice if it included anchors for the screws.

This is the second Nest thermostat that I have owned. I sold my house and left the thermostat for the new owner to enjoy. This thermostat is very easy to setup. The functions are great. You can control the thermostat through your Google Home app. The look of the thermostat goes great with our decor. And last, the price is excellent!

Easy to use and setup. Great value in terms of scheduling and having complete control of your thermostat where ever you are, whether on the couch in another room or half way across the world. I wish it came with a circular face plate but I ended up making one myself.
