Nest gets an A for their thermostat. I like the AI that is in this. It learns your behavior. So you find yourself not having to modify the room temperature as much.

Easy to install! Wish I'd done it long ago. Just remember if current system is not powered, you'll a separate power supply for the thermostat.

This is the perfect thermostat especially if you have a two story house and don’t feel like walking back and forth the stairs it’s all done from your phone and easy to install

Decided to take the plunge this year and start introducing some smart home devices, starting with the Thermostat. installation was a snap and can be done by any DYI novice, as long as you take a look at google compatibility before hand and cross reference with your existing wiring. As the review title states, having the ability to adjust from your phone without having to be in front of the Thermostat is a real boon. I don't think this quite has the learning smarts of the Topend Nest Tstat, more like you setup a custom schedule and it adjust intelligently between home and away using your phone geolocation. Build quality is quite good overall, it looks sleek and refined on the while. Nice change from the old garish thermostat box of old. The display is quite clear and info and settings are easy to understand. I'm really not one for the mirrored look, but that is personal preference and one I'll get use to given the benefit. App seems easy enough to use letting you hold temp, adjust schedules, and generally being in control of your homes temp from afar. Definitely liking the convenience of the Smart Home with the Nest Thermostat as the start

The use of this item is super simple, not to mention installation takes no time as long as you have nimble fingers for the wires. Cloud connection is SEAMLESS as well, all in all 10/10

Easy to install the thermostat and the direction/ guide is provided in the app. Easy to navigate through the app too.

Hoping to get it hooked up soon and excited to be able to show up at vacation home and have it nice and warm when we arrive. Looks fairly easy to hook up and operate

So far So good Installed easily, easy setup, working fine. Home environment controllable via internet management is awesome! Side touch control not the easiest to use though.

It’s a good product, follow the instructions patiently to setup and was kind of easy to install. It does worth of the money.

Could not install the Nest thermostat on my own even after watching a few videos on youtube. Only have 2 wires, but need a minimum of 3. Considered paying for Nest installation, but would have needed to bring in an electrician nonetheless to do the rewiring as Nest installer does not usually do that type of work. After electrician upgraded wiring, thermostat works as advertised, and now we have a sweet looking new thermostat on the wall.
