Went out and bought this out of frustration and I am pleasantly surprised. The old thermostat was confusing and took a while for it to kick on. The Nest thermostat is easy to use with simple instructions and make the A/C turn on instantly. Great price specially with the city discounts.

Great Smart Thermostat

We had the more expensive model in a previous home and didn't really use the added features. Installation was easy taking about 10 minutes. Since we had previously had a Nest, set-up was easy. I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought them on 2019 black friday deal. I was able to install it myself with the two wires from my old thermostat without any trouble, and it took a few minutes. I synced with the alexa wich is great to change the temperature with the voice control.
