The unit works great and looks great. Installation was very easy.

AC guy said we didn't “need” all the bells and whistles and we wouldn’t be disappointed. We are not!!! Super easy install, easy of app access, scheduling, recording history and changing when away from home. Multiple users... cant see why you’d need to spend more. Love. Comes with nice wall plate as well.

I've been wanting a smart thermostat for years and finally decided to go for it. There was one hiccup in the install regarding a red thermostat wire and the Nest saying it wasn't compatible with my system after the online checker said it was, but Nest support was great and we had it working in minutes.

Perfect to replace older thermostat, super simple connection and included cover plate provides clean, professional look. Connected to Echo dots and can adjust with voice from anywhere in home and away via app. Very easy to read display, motion detection turns on display when you approach. App scheduling easy and intuitive.

This is the Nice Nest Thermostat, but not as good as the original NEST, the case is little smaller than the Normal Nest, and the ring is look cheap plastic materials, other than that it work the same as my other Nest Thermostat !

my old thermostat was having issues and decided to purchase a smart thermostat. It took a little getting used to at the beginning and some information is confusing like when it tells you 2 plus hours. Assume that is the amount of time the unit will have to run to reach the temperature. Aside from that the nest is easy t o use and syncs easily with my samsung

So far it had been working perfectly for like 5 month. I also got rebate from SoCalGas ($50), so this thermostat is already 1/3 payed off. Plus during summer months you can sign up for special Rush hour program and save more. This thermostat is perfect for advanced users or grandmas who dont know much about technology - very easy to use once you set it up. Thanks

We love this thermostat. It has exactly what we need. We can control it from our phone when we are not close to it and can set it to automatic eco mode. This was a step up from our old thermostat without all of the unnecessary extras to pay for with the more expensive products. To top it off it was easy to install ourselves.

Intimidating at first but extremely easy to install. Very easy to use.

Product functions as expected but after using the original Nest, it is tough to use this even if there is almost no functionality difference. High resolution display and metal outer ring makes a big difference in appearance

It woks just like my original Nest at a reduced cost plus there was a $50 state rebate. It replaced an older set back type that stopped working.
