Overall, this is great compared to an old fashioned thermostat, but it doesn’t seem to work with my home’s humidifier. The humidifier needs a fan that can be turned on the run when you want the humidifier on. I don’t see this setting on the nest’s app. I like the calendar view and being able to control this from my phone is a major benefit. It’s come in handy when I left town and forgot to adjust it.

I finally made the jump to a Smart Thermostat and the Google Nest Smart Thermostat E was perfect for what I needed. Reasonably priced, easy to install, and very easy to operate. Download the App and control your house temperature from anywhere.

The thermostat is easy to install and have just enough functions we needed. We have 3 NEST in our home, i bought the learning one for our living room, and two of the E version for bedroom and den. This model is cheaper and function just as well as the expensive learning ones.

After Geek install , repairman paired it to google mini. With ease I’m able to change the temperature, just by saying, hey google raise the temperature. Repairman programmed my nest to the temperature I prefer. Automatically my home is kept comfortable.

I got this so I could control my house temperature from my bed or while away. Its great because I can turn off the AC if I forgot to before I left. Also, I can get my house cool before I arrive home after being away all day. Love the smart aspect of this. Plus it has a sleek design.

It learns from you and decides to change the temp as the day goes on. you can set it too if you'd like.

My husband and I often forgot to turn the heat down before leaving for work, which can get expensive even with gas. With this we have seen a dramatic decrease in our bill. I also love that I can adjust the heat from my bed, the couch or wherever I am. Seriously worth it people!

Had not problem installing it myself. The temperature can be difficult to read on the display, but I like the way it looks because the design helps it blend in on my wall instead of standing out like the other Nest models. Also, got a rebate from So Cal Gas for the purchase.

This was number 3 that I have in my home. I've had them since they came out and this model is in a bedroom area. For my needs it works just as good a the more expensive model. Look great on the wall. Yes I would recommend it to everyone. Not hard to install or setup.

My house is fast becoming a smart home and this was the starting point. It allows me to control my temperature from anywhere and it’s smart enough to know how I like the temperature. I don’t know what’s next but looking forward to the future of this fast past smart digital revolution.

Love this. Iced saves money with this by being able to change the temperature from my phone when I’m not home. I can keep track of daily use, it reminds me when I need to change my filter, and it works with my Alexa. I convinced a few other friends to get one and they love it too.

I’ve installed regular nest thermostats with no problems. But, I had to have this professionally installed. It doesn’t have all of the connections the regular nest does.

I've never installed an AC thermostat before. And it was very easy, just take a picture of the old one before disconnect wires. Also, I never set the scheduler, and now (after few weeks) it knows the temperature that we like most time of day.

After some initial issues with the set up, we've been happy with this thermostat. You do have to be a bit tech savvy to setup and to use. But, if you are comfortable with that, you'll love the ease and the app that allows you to control it.

We purchased this first as we were going on vacation and wanted to control the temperature and check our house while we were gone. It worked so well, we returned and purchased the camera and the doorbell. We are very satisfied with the product.
