I purchased the Nest E for my husband for Christmas. Perfect gift. It is practical, but with an attractive design. The use of technology enhances a product we all own. He, who is hard to please, was happy with it.

No brainer on this one. It’s a thermostat you can control with a smart phone. If it’s compatible with your system what’s not to like. National grid gives a $75 rebate. Controls heating and cooling. Installable by a complete novice. 4 stars as think the app/controls could be more user friendly.

I've had this for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. I can control the temperature of my house from anywhere. It works great with my all of my Google devices.

The install and setup process was very quick and easy. I changed to this thermostat so my electric company could control the thermostat during peak times. This provided me a discount on my electric bill.

Install is easy, wiring took two tries (partially because I am stubborn) to wire but works like a charm. Installed for my older Aunt and Uncle looking for something easy to read and simple to operate.

Just recently moved into a new home and needed something that not only looked modern and stylish but also lowered the utility bill. This definitely does both and I'm very happy with the purchase.

The Nest E is great does what any other Nest thermostat does but it half the cost. Its just a simple display. *Too bad they discontinued this model.

This product compared to the regular nest is well worth it. For the price its affordable and does what it is supposed to do. I did research vs the regular Nest and the NEST E was the winner

this is basically just like the normal nest learning thermostat, just with less expensive parts. it basically does everything you need. i actually like the color of it better too. highly recommend.

It's a great thermostat and we have much better control over the temperature. It's less likely for my children to change it since it's xan be changed in the app.

A great and energy efficient way to control your home

Easy install and manages temperature like a champ. Saving dollars on my energy bill already. Link to your phone and the nest knows you aren’t home and automatically adjusts temperature to use less energy/gas.

We had a Gen 1 before, and needed another one, and decided on the E, as it's pretty much like the Learning, without Farsight, and a couple of other things we didn't need. We have the red and white wire setup, so needed support to come in and connect a common wire for it to work correctly.

It was worth it. It learns and adjust temp when no one is home. Also you can manually adjust the schedule. I started noticing the savings on my gas/electric bill immediately.

Has lots of easy to use features and options which you can control from the unit or from your phone. Installation was simple enough, just follow the instruction included.

It is not too difficult to install and set up. Follow the online directions and it will be functioning quickly.

Bought as a gift for my parents and installed it myself. Install was easy, and my parents have been happy with it. I do wish they would add HomeKit support. If you are an Apple user I would probably recommend the Ecobee Lite instead.

It’s a good option if you need to replace the old one. The item is modern and its Technology up date. It’s is easy to install it but the instructions most to be more friendly, in speciall talking about the electricall requirements (27 volt against 120/240 watts

Installation was easy, however, ended up blowing a fuse when switching to this thermostat. After the replacement of the fuse, the thermostat has been working like a charm. Wish the thermostat came with a circular back plate, rather than a square one.

I simply love he ease of controlling the thermostat from anywhere! The eco setting has allowed me to easily keep cost down while maintaining a comfortable temperature in the house. Awesome purchase!
