I had the Vivint unit that rarely took commands or worked properly. I changed to this Nest and BAMM! it does what is should and keeps a great connection.

The device works perfect and it's very easy to install. It's already saved me about 13 dollars a month on my electric bill! The app works very well and is easy to set up.

cool little device... convenient while home and away. annoying to setup - it did not want to connect to my 2.4g band, however it connected no problem to the 5g. it is only 15 feet from the wireless router. entering the password was a royal pain similar to using an old style embossing label maker. the few times i contacted support with questions, they were TOO QUICK to basically tell me read the online manual and sent me a link. I would also prefer a way to download its data in a CSV file format for my own analysis activities... it does not support this... I would check out the higer priced model, but not sure it would resolve these concerns. i was told the main diff is the HD screen upgrade.

I love this cheaper model from Nest. It looks minimalistic and sleek. It's already saved me a lot on my energy bill. Great investment.

Fairly easy to setup and the provided instructions are very detailed. The app for controlling when away from home is really nice.

Easy use. Set your schedule and it does the rest. The app is great to go in and adjust the temperature and schedule if needed.

Great little thermostats that are easy to use. I have in floor heat, and they work great. Can monitor temps in my house and shop from anywhere.

I bought this as a gift and my mom loves her nest. She loves all the features and the remote control of the temperature of her home. Excellent quality and features!

I did have a few problems installing, but that was due to the way my old thermostat was wired. Directions for the Nest are very easy to use.

This is a pared back version of the Nest and is perfect for two of our three thermostats that only control baseboard heaters.

Modern sleek design, with all the same features people love from the full blown version. Very affordable compared to other smart thermostats.

I live in an older home that never heats uniformly. It’s quite big and there would be rooms that were too warm and some cold. This thermostat along with the sensors solved our problem! The combination of the two literally took care of the problem as soon as I installed them! If I see the bedroom is much colder, I switch to the bedroom sensor and it solves that. I also put one in the living room because it’s a very large room and drafty. I usually keep the thermostat working off of that sensor and everything works great! Love it!

The thermostat is very great especially if you're interested in smart home products. Had no problems with it since I installed it

I have owned both nest thermostats and the better one is worth the extra $$.

I like how this nest blends into the background more because we never use the actual thermostat. We control everything from our phones. Very convenient.

Bought this when our old one took a dive. It's been great so far, easy to use and convenient as you can link it with google voice.

It simply does what you would expect out of a smart thermostat, I am well pleased wished I bought it a cup full of years ago

Installing this was very simple and setup with the app was very straight forward to complete. I've had this for a couple of months now and it's been great!
