I can't speak on the money saved by owning this product, because I haven't had it for long enough to actually see a difference on my bill. However, this device is beyond convenient, I purchased it because my old thermostat broke and I figured why not get the latest and greatest. This device lets me control my temperature from anywhere I want, and I can ask my google assistant to set the temperature for me. It looks great on my wall (the old one was an eye sore) and this device doesn't take batteries like my old one, instead it uses a built in battery that auto-recharges when needed. My only complaint is that every since I installed it, I noticed my house feels slightly colder that usual (it tends to favor colder temperatures, probably one way of saving you money) Also, When I purchased this, I thought that I needed to dish out even more money to have it professionally installed (like most other thermostats) But the installation is very simple,you just screw in 2 screws and plug in 4 or 5 wires, and it works... Just be sure to check if your system is compatible with the nest before you spend your money on it.

This thing learns your habits. Needed to be adjusted sometimes. Overall good. Still use it.

This smart thermostat performs well and allows me to check on my house and change temperature remotely. It senses when we are away and alters the temperature accordingly.

It is a little tough at first because if you don’t watch it you’ll come home and it’ll be 80 degrees.

Works as described. The scheduler is great, remembers our night-time furnace settings. Very easy to set up.

It’s a very good thermostat but requires a c wire to work properly. Don’t trust it when it says it’s not.
