Overall, I would give these a 5/5 they let me know how different the temperature is in every room and I can adjust the thermostat to follow these sensors in my room at night so the bedroom is colder at night than day the hallway the thermostat is at.

This is a great product. We live in a long ranch style home with a thermostat at the far end of the home in the hall. This way we can adjust the temp for our great room not the hall.

Works great to see temperature in other rooms, very accurate. I have ordered 3 more for other rooms.

Just got one of these setup for the bedroom and I plan to buy another for my office. I'm using it in conjunction with the 3rd gen Nest Learning thermostat and Keen smart vents I installed in both of the aforementioned rooms. This will let the furthest room call for heating/cooling and the closer rooms to adjust their vents dynamically to prevent overheating/overcooling simultaneously. The sensor is discreet and blends in easily. Just make sure to put some space between it any any devices that produce heat. Also place it away from the supply vents to get a good average reading for the room. Nest, if you're reading these reviews: Please add custom times for sensor prioritization to your app. At the moment they are close enough to my schedule but I would like to customize the hours further than the 4 presets.

These have helped. I would recommend moving them around before permanently attaching them to the wall. Try different rooms or spots in your house to optimize temperature control

Easy to use and map to base Nest. Still not sure if is used to make calls to HVAC. Expected to cool 2nd floor bedroom as it is warmer in the early evening from main Nest unit

We live in a 3 storied house (with the basement) and our main nest unit is on the main level with the bedrooms on the upper level. At night, the bedrooms would be too cold or too hot till we got this. Easy to set up and use and definitely worth the investment.

Works great! It allows me to set the temp for the room so we aren't baking while the down stairs is cold.

Excellent item. It definitely helps reduce electricity bills if you spend most of your time in the bedrooms. We placed it in the kids room and it kept all the rooms cool while keeping electricity bills down. Our main thermostat is near the living room which takes a lot of energy to keep that room cool. So using the remote thermostat as our main temperature sensor really helps. I definitely recommend these remote sensors for reducing electricity bills.

Wonderful. Being able to adjust the settings for the air conditioner by room has made all members of our household happy—at different times of the day.

I bought this to monitor the temperature upstairs and be able to switch off which floor controls the thermostat. It's convenient to monitor in the app and it was easy to set up. But I only bought 1 because it is basically an expensive thermometer with remote view, or as one review site put it "barely helpful." It's ridiculous it does't have motion sensing, if it had that I'd buy several but as it is it's not worth it. I'd recommend it for what it is but only if you really need that specific function and want to spend the money. I'm invested in the nest system now but if I could do it over again I wish I'd gone with ecobee.

You gotta buy these. We have these set up in our guest house so as soon as a room dips below a certain temperature the furnace kicks on.

Awesome little product. We use it for our bedroom since it differs by 2 degrees. Alway the right temp at night.

This sensor works exactly as described! IF you have a 3rd gen thermostat then buy it! We have multiples rooms within the household and at night I would like certain rooms to be cooler than the hallways or downstairs common area. Works absolutely perfect, with minimal setup time. Couldn't be happier. I only wish the readings in the room display would be slightly larger font size to easily see the temp. I bought 4!
