I think this is an excellent addition to the Nest Thermostat. It helps create the right temperatures in the respective spaces. I would encourage it for energy control.

Allowed us to get better heating in the house the upstairs was cold because downstairs thermostat was above the vent. We now get the house at a better temperature. Was very easy to setup and use

I almost went to Ecobee as Nest didn't have anything like this until it was announced. I was scared at first as it was a new product but I haven't ran into any issues. Setup was quick and painless and now I feel a lot more comfortable throughout the whole house.

Works well as long as you place it in a good location that does not get direct sunlight or air from your vents. Otherwise, helps maintain the temperatures in other rooms away from the thermostat.

Simply does temperature. Others I've seen do humidity and CO2 monitoring. Expensive for what it is. Nest might come out with updates. Can't average multiple together have to pick one focus. So if that rooms hot expect the rest of the house to get really cold.

I have a rec. room over the garage that i use for an office. It was two to three degrees hotter and colder that the other areas upstairs. Using the remote sensor in conjunction with the Nest 3 solved my problem. It works great.

This little guy really helps regulate the temperatures in my split level home. The app tracks the temps both upstairs and downstairs and tries to regulate it for both levels based on the temp you select from the main device.

Very easy to setup and use. They have a good range and allow easy customization in the Nest app. Can easily check on temperatures for the kids and eliminate hot/cold spots.

The Nest sensors are a game changer for me. Although I’m still learning about everything it can do, such as scheduling, I am 100% satisfied with the basic functionality of sensing temperatures in other rooms. Definitely with the investment.

Needed a way to keep a bedroom upstairs at a constant temperature. Thermostat was at the top of the stairway and would not accurately reflect the temperature in the bedroom. These sensors worked perfectly at keeping the bedroom at the desired temperature.

Use these in conjunction with other nest devices to track temperature and cold spots throughout the house. helps to identify the areas of the house that are not as warm as others or run hot and help to level out the temperature.

Very easy setup. Now that I have these connected to my Nest thermostat I use the sensor that's in my bedroom to control my heat/ac at night and the sensor in my living area to control my heat/ac during the day.

Purchased for master bedroom, used it at night for my target temp. location. Bedroom is always colder than the rest of the house. Much better morning wakeup. You have the option to hang on the wall with the supplied screw or set on dresser or night stand.

Great for viewing the temperature in multiple rooms and creating a schedule for the home HVAC system, would love to have more control with Alexa, maybe in the future. The sensor takes longer to remove from the box than it does to setup.

In our house often the upstairs can be different temperatures so I purchased three of these to spread through the various rooms. Now I can see those temps and even program the nest to switch to these sensors during different times of the day. Very cool.

This is how it works. It keeps the ac cooling until the room where this sensor is reaches the goal temperature. Plain and simple, works fine, the ac keeps a comfortable temperature in the room that I want now.

We love this tech. Being able to control the temperature with the app has been amazing. We also purchased the extra sensors that you can place in different rooms and can set the temperature to those rooms when we are in them. It is fantastic.

Glad I purchased this in the 3 pack for my 3 bedroom home. I have a room that’s always the hottest and adjusting the nest thermostat to the temp setting you want is cool, makes other rooms cooler obviously but it’s a little worth it so you can adjust.

IF you are looking to set your home to the temperature you are looking for, this is what you need. You can set it by room or by section, and this is the most accurate way I have been able to accomplish it.
