Posted .Hi Jack, thanks for posting your feedback on your Nest Temperature Sensor. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some connectivity issues and only have 1 connected right now. We'd recommend that you check the steps below to improve the connectivity of your sensor:
- Try moving your sensor a bit closer to your thermostat. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away.
- Check for objects such as mirrors and refrigerators between the sensor and your thermostat. These items could block the connection.
- Check the battery charge. The Nest app will send you a notification before the battery is fully drained, so you should have plenty of time to replace it.

Warming up rooms that are cold but not often the room your in all the time can be cause issues with temperature differences in other rooms. I had adjust the colder rooms only slightly based on the temperature of the common areas which are warmer or else the heat stays on indefinitely draining electricity.
