    It’s a nice unit but did not work stably with my C-wire and two wire Williams wall heater.

    The customization for temps and the timing is great, and so is being able to control it from anywhere is helpful. Set up was kind of a huge pain…install is easy but getting it connected to the internet was awful.

      While Wi-Fi connectivity issue may be caused by several reasons, here are a couple troubleshooting suggestions that may be helpful with the connectivity issue:
      1. Make sure your home Wi-Fi is working.
      2. Check the status of the Nest service.
      3. Check that you have the latest version of the Home app.
      4. Restart your Nest Thermostat.
      5. Restart your router.
      6. Check for interference.
      7. Reset your thermostat's connection.
