Pretty cool device! I’m glad I got this model and not the most expensive one. This does the job. I can change my temperature from my phone even in the middle of the night without getting out of bed or from the car on the way home from work! It’s easy set up and easy use! I love the graphs it shows of how much energy I used and how much I saved. Very reliable!

Great product!! I purchased 3 of these to replace the older thermostats that came with my house. They are intuitive. Once you learn how to operate them you can see the current temperature, change settings, and even setup routines on the Google Home app. The mirrored finish looks very nice. The display is bright and easily readable as well. The price point is not bad either. I have a Google Nest learning thermostat as well. This one is less complicated, but doesn’t have as many features. Honestly, the features it does have are perfect considering the lower cost. My biggest complaint isn’t with the product, but the app. Google has 2 apps, the Nest app and the Home app. I prefer the Nest app, but these do not work with that one. Oh well. It doesn’t detract from the device itself. Even with that, I give it 5 stars. I will also say, if your HVAC system doesn’t have a dedicated “C” wire, you’ll need to install a transformer to feed the 24 bolts required to charge the batteries. It was super simple for me, but you may need a professional to install this if you are not a fortunate as I was.

Quick to setup, simple and easy to use, easy to use. Huge step up from my 1980's thermostat. I can stay on top of my AC at home remotely, save money when needed and setup schedules. Got it on Black Friday for a steal. Didn't even think twice about it.

Installation was really simple, the home app was a bit buggy but resetting it helped. Absolutely love being able to set the temp while im away because i always forget when i leave home!!

I assumed that this thermostat would work with any type of heat system, found out I was wrong. I have a wall mount heater in my four season room that Nest is not compatible. I have on in the main part of my house and I love it!

This thermostat worked for kus for 2 years until it started malfunctioning and heating. We replace under the extended warranty.

I love the look sucha sheek look. It was so easy to switch from the old thermostat to this new one. Check online for a rebate in your state. This qualifies for a $75 instant rebate.

I purchase this thermostat to replace a ten year old thermostat. It was able to install this thermostat in less than 10 minutes. It's working perfectly!

We have the older generation and replaced a different thermostat and it is definitely different from the older. No more pushing and turning. You control everything from a touch line on the side of it. After having the older one and being used to pushing it in and turning it was kinda difficult to adjust at first. I found myself using the app more than physically touching the device. Now though after a couple of months I am able to use both and mainly use only the app when I am away from the building to turn on/off the AC. Highly recommend it and works great!

Easy to install and looks very elegant on the wall.

Wife and I installed this ourselves with no experience, there is wiring involved but fairly straightforward. Batteries that came in it were dead, but they charge from the power coming from your hvac system. Simple and easy to connect to our Google Nest Hub, very easy to set up and program thermostat for eco friendly use. Recommend!

Really nice device for the price there are a few things i had issues with but pretty easy to set up as long as you follow the instructions it shows on the phone and once it has everything right all in one run it runs amazingly and the convenience is amazing

Hooked up to my system easily. I do have an error for low system voltage, but have been checking the battery every few days for almost 2 months, and had no low battery issues. Will try to update if I see a problem. All house members will need to share tracking, IF you CHOOSE to use the home/away functions. I disabled the location tracking b/c my roommate did not have it on her phone and have gone with a schedule instead.

I Love Nest Learning Thermostat if anything goes wrong with it, you don’t have to change out the base you can just change out head very easy to set up with your phone so Airbnb’s. I would give it a thumbs up and a five star so your air-conditioning bill is not horrible every month during Booking’s.

I have a plain vanilla Honeywell thermostat and got E260 error upon first installation try. My mistake was to connect RC wire to C at Nest base plate. RC wire from Honeywell thermostat should be connected to R at Nest. Nest installation went well after the correction and luckily no fuse is blown at the furnace.

I like how I can control the thermostat from my phone very convenient and easy to install if you know what you doing. You definitely will need to purchase the face plate if you had a wider thermostat.

After having this for a year, it has gone out 3 times on me; one day working and one day not working. I like having a smart thermostat but others have told me there are better out there. Also the mirror finish on it is an odd choice which reflects a lot of light and guests don't understand why the bezel won't spin. It also doesn't come with a face plate.

Absolutely Love this thermostat!! Looks awesome, and responds fast when changing temps. Easy to install. Watch a few You Tube videos on it, which made it simple. We had a Zen and this just blows it away. Had to buy the back plate from Amazon, and looks good with thermostat.

Compatible with my Alexa. Haven’t really done much or expected much from it. Easy to install, no issues so far.
