    I never thought setting up a thermostat would be this easy but Google really did that. The design is very sleek and the front is a mirror which I didnt expect. I blew a fuse installing this so make sure your power is off before installing this. A cost effective option to the 3rd Gen Nest.

    Very happy, wasn’t sure if it would work as good as higher priced smart thermostat, but very pleasantly surprised! Very aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful design. Very easy setup via app. My wife loves being able to adjust temp with any Alexa enabled device even when your away from home.

    Easy installation. Step by step instructions are provided online. The c-wire is to assist with battery life is somewhat confusing. The battery life is short lived without the c-wire which is a black wire.

    Installed quickly and works well. The scheduling software was a bit confusing, not nearly as intuitive as the leaning thermostats.

      Hello there, Dennis. Thanks for the feedback you shared, and we hear your concern about creating schedules for the Nest Thermostat. When you manually adjust the temperature, the temperature will stick until the next scheduled temperature change. With a temperature preset, you can easily set a specific temperature that you repeatedly use a bit faster than manually adjusting the temperature dial. Besides using ready-made presets like Comfort, Eco, and Sleep, you can create custom presets. This is helpful for other times you might like a specific temperature that’s not included in your thermostat’s existing presets.     Looks and works very well, easy to program and adjust both at home and while away. Though I'm reasonably handy, I've never wired anything before--but the instructions for this were very clear and made it totally doable. Really happy with this.

    This is my second nest. We finally replaced the old Honeywell. This product makes regulating the heat in the home so much easier. We saw a 10% decrease in our heating bill because we were able to regulated the heat better with this device. Highly recommended.

    I love this new nest!! I had the Nest thermostat e, back when Google didn’t revamp this thermostat and I loved that one! This one is just so much better. The aesthetic, the fact that you use Google Home now, etc. Definitely a big upgrade from previous model!

    Instructions for installation were clear, and I was able to follow even while messing up the labeling of wires. Taking the picture like it told me before installing, allowed me to find my issue after having only the heat work. The device seems to work great! The only issue is that it doesn't seem to use the air on full blast, instead slowly lowering the temp over time. My old thermostat did things differently, apparently.

    The best is a nice product but this model doesn’t actually spin like previous models I’ve owned. It’s more touch and swipe based. For my use case I have older people in the home and it’s more difficult for them. I didn’t return it but it’s caused issues.
